Eligibility Criteria

All returns are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Please read all conditions before returning the item. Mynexshop.com reserves rights to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% of restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, and must not be used. Returning items back in original packaging and along with all documents is a must. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Please do not forget to note your RMA number Once your return request is approved you will receive the instructions to return via email. After initiating return request, you must return your item within 5 days else your return will be voided and you will not be eligible to open another return request. All returned items must be in the same condition and should packed in original packaging with all included accessories. If condition differs or items are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of minimum 15%. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of your order. To authenticate pictures are required All working returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items are verified with serial numbers, If you returned a different item we reserve rights to cancel your return and not initiate a refund.

Based on our customer’s needs and our policies our team can exchange or replace your order. The replacement and exchange process takes up to 5 business days.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect returned item we initiate refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-6 business days to process refund back in your credit card or bank We refund original order value only, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable
